Rates
$155 per 45-minute session.  Other services are billed at different amounts depending on service.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Most insurance plans now fall under the "Health Parity Act".  This act stipulates that Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Services must be covered under the same guidelines as your other medical services.  Because of this act, most mental health and C.D. services are the same copay as your doctor visits.  Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Medicaid
We accept Medicaid for children 19 and under.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Please call our office for details about our sliding fee scale for children.

Payment
Cash, check and most major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
